I knew I was being petty when I told Eli that Kael was too tired to have breakfast with us because he had a late dinner with a friend last night, but I was still upset. I was not upset he was spending time with another woman because I have no right to be, but it was pretty sh**ty to leave me alone for a so-called emergency just to have dinner with a barely dressed woman.
A woman, mind you, that looked like she stepped out of a swimsuit issue of a magazine. They weren't doing anything inappropriate in the picture, so I can't say he is a cheater like Thomas, but lying is worse in some ways. Lies are meant to hide things you're doing wrong.
