I check my watch. I have an hour before I need to pick up Sera and Eli. Thankfully, my sister's office is away from the main pack house and the forest. There should be no reason for us to run into any pack members in wolf form. It's strange how everything has shifted. After the kiss, I lay next to her for nearly an hour thinking about my promise to her. Listening to her soft snores loosened something tight in my chest.
A firm knock on my office door breaks me out of my thoughts. When the door opens, my secretary looks worried.
"Mr. Draven, your father and another gentleman are here to see you. They said its important," she says.
