The worried looks on my children’s faces almost sent me into a panic. It did not help that Birsha’s worry and fear were so overwhelming, on top of Scarlett’s concern. Since Scarlett accepted that she was a demi-goddess, Birsha and I have grown stronger, and our emotions do run higher. Something we have had to learn to control all over again. But we have a great teacher, in our beautiful mate.
We rushed over to our children, as they all began talking at once and way too fast for us to understand. “Whoa, kids one at a time, we can’t understand you.” I called out.
