With the council heading to some guest rooms to get some rest before we had dinner with them, we had time to go and check on our children. The fact that they witnessed that had me feeling slightly uneasy. It is not a common occurrence with children in the demon world. Hybrids have only started appearing in our world for the last hundred years. Those that can shift tend to be monitored by their parents, who can shift into other were-creatures. They would keep them home and help them through their first shift. Lady Ember does not have that luxury, because Draven is gone.
