I am still quite shocked about Seraphina speaking up like that, but part of me was trying to argue that it was just her pointing out the flaws in Jules’ logic. It was a flawed argument from the beginning.
With the lunch bell ringing, Cyrus took my hand and said, “We need to call our parents and tell them that we have found out that we are fated mates.”
I nodded, “Yes, we do. But will you come to dinner tonight with my parents? They are cooking my favorite for my birthday.”
