I got into my car quickly and followed Layla’s car.
Even though she had ignored me, I was still interested in speaking to her. I couldn’t let her slip out of my fingers for the second time.
I needed to make things right between us.
I was determined to follow her to anywhere she was driving. But I made sure to be careful, I didn’t want them to know that I was following their car.
After driving in a certain direction for about ten minutes, their car came to a stop and they reversed and began driving in another direction.
A part of me felt that they noticed someone was following them. So I waited for a while before reversing my car and trailing behind them.
