“Touch her again and I will make sure you never use your hands again.” Maxwell’s voice thundered, his eyes blazing hot with fire as he snatched me away from Leo’s hand in a rough yet gentle way.
Leo’s expression changed and his eyes turned red and furious immediately.
“Who the hell are you to think you could barge into our business?”
“Someone you can never be!” Maxwell replied, and that got Leo foaming.
The air tightened with rage and I clutched tightly to Maxwell.
