I may not want to admit it but I felt a tinge of guilt seeing Clara turning to me for an answer. I’ve got no courage to look back at her so I chose to just make an alibi to put an end to the conversation.
Perhaps because I witnessed how Clara was ready to cover me up by acting along with me in front of Grandma, while I couldn’t even tell her the truth about something she should know.
The Luna ring Grandma gave was with Alice. She was my pack’s Luna and not Clara so I believe Alice deserved it more than Clara does. Regardless of being my first Luna and mate, I never assume her to be one.
