Hawiovi and Hanska have been meeting most of the morning, and neither one can stop thinking about how Zendaya will react to marrying them instead of dating. Especially since she hasn’t given them her answer regarding dating them.
The twins are in their office when Jodi beeps in to inform them that their mother is on the phone, and she has been calling all morning. Hawiovi tells Jodi to tell their mother they’re still in a meeting and will call her back whenever they get a chance.
Hanska held up a credit card statement. “Can you believe this s**t? How in the hell can Mother purchase so much s**t? Every month, her credit cards are triple the amount of the rest of us. It’s not as if she goes out much, so enlighten me on how many damn clothes and shoes she needs.”
“This is f*****g ridiculous. Every month, we pay off all the credit cards. Tell me why that woman's Visa card is over five thousand dollars. This s**t has gotten old. Have you seen her bank accounts? It’s less than one hundred dollars in her checking account. One thing is for sure, she can’t say she’s saving. It’s not one dime in it. We’re not transferring a cent into her account since she has a habit of running all her damn cards up.” Hawiovi is looking at Zoya’s name on his ringing phone. "Damn it, Zoya, give the f**k up and accept that I don’t want to be involved with you. I should have known her ass was going to be in trouble. The day Iwhen I was taking her home from that wedding. As soon as I drove into the parking lot of her apartment, her ass didn't waste any time unzipping my pants and giving me a blow job. Yep, I should have known trouble with a capital T."
“Same thing with Adley, but at least she invited me into her house for a drink. The drink that I never got. As soon as I sat down, she was all over me and also gave me a blow job. When she finished, she thought I would return the favor. I told her I don’t go around putting my mouth on anyone. My mouth will only go on the woman I marry.” That didn’t sit well with her. “ Hanska chuckles.
“Now, about our free-spending Mother, I agree that no more extra money will go into her account. For now, we’ll put five thousand monthly in her hand and cancel her credit card, except for one that will be her visa card. Let’s try that.” He frowns, looking at the door. He hears someone knocking on it. “Come in.”
Jodi enters the office looking a little frustrated. “Sirs, your mother called again. She ordered me to tell you two to stop avoiding her calls, and it’s important that she speaks with one of you today. Also, Miss Adley Root has left several messages for Mr. Hanska. I wrote all twenty-one of them down. I'm not going to repeat these." She walks over to Hanska's desk and hands him a stack of messages, and walks out of the room. Jodi lay her head on the door. “Am I invisible? Why don’t they notice me?”
Jodi is 5’5” with brown eyes and red hair that she wears in a pixie cut with a diagonal bang. She has had an obsession with the handsome Navajo twins since her first day there. Jodi thought about telling them her feelings, but knew she had a fear of being rejected and also of losing her job. Because of the non-fraternization policy. So far, she has been lucky in not having any interaction with the women her two bosses date. From the talk around the office, they don’t keep the women around long for that to happen.

Zendaya had an emergency arrive. The family dog attacked the family's new kitten. The father shot the dog to save his daughter's kitten. The dog died instantly, but not before biting the kitten. The kitten survived and didn’t have any damage, internal injuries, or air leaks to her chest. But Zendaya is keeping the kitten there overnight for observation. She’s walking to her office after seeing her last morning patient. "I'm hungry.” Zendaya frowns, looking at a grinning Kora. "Your tail sure does grin a lot."
“Well, Dr. Z, your hungry situation is solved. Your twins had your lunch delivered.” Kora opens the door to Zendaya’s office.
Zendaya sits behind her desk, looking at two bags, and sets the food on her desk. “This looks delicious.” She’s looking at Grilled Atlantic salmon, sautéed cabbage, mushrooms, roasted shallots, and chili oil. Also, a Caesar salad with applewood bacon, grana cheese, and a Sticky Toffee pudding with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Her phone beeps, and she smiles, “We have to take care of you. We know you haven’t eaten lunch. Enjoy, and see you tonight. Dress casual."
Kora, Eliam, and Midori walk into the office, looking at Zendaya smiling.
Zendaya giggles while texting, “Thank you, I’m looking forward to tonight. She looks at the food. “This is too much.”
Kora sits in front of her desk .”Damn girl, what did you do to those damn men?”
"Our little cousin is dating?” Midori looks at Eliam.
“That’s what Kora said. By the look of it, I take it she is. “ Eliam walks over to the desk. “I don’t know who he is. But the Blue Ridge Grill food is delicious. When did they start delivering? They're not on DoorDash.”
“No, they don’t. Dr. Z's meal was delivered by a private carrier. You gave it up. I know you did,” Kora chuckles.
Zendaya cut her eyes at her. "Go do file something. Yes, I am dating, so it seems. Enough about my personal life.” She waves them out of her office and reads the text again, thinking. “Take care of me. That would be nice." Her phone rings, and she mentally screams when she sees Judson's name appearing on the screen. “Stop calling me,” she yells when she answers it.
“Zendaya, listen to me, I’m sorry.” Judson blurts out, he was shocked she answered.
“Okay, I accept your apology. Now stop calling me. Goodbye, Judson," She picked up her bottle of water.
“Wait,” he yells and waits for her to say something. When Zendaya finally says what, he starts begging her to take him back. She hangs up after telling him she’s in a relationship. "Maybe that will discourage him."

Judson kicks his desk and clenches his fist. "Dating. What man has the damn nerves to date my woman? Damn it, I know her ass is in Georgia. I’ll find her ass and put an end to that dating nonsense." He taps the desk and picks the phone up, making calls to some of Zendaya and his friends.
So far, all the people he called said they didn’t know where she was from. Judson is getting pissed off. He remembered to check the obituary from her parents, and it stated Atlanta, Georgia. “That’s a large city, but I’ll find her.” Judson doesn’t know Zendaya has opened a clinic. He calls his secretary to cancel all of his appointments at the end of the month. He knew upcoming appointments couldn’t be canceled. "
A few minutes go by before his door swings open and a grey-haired man enters his office. “Son, what is this nonsense about you going on vacation? You can’t just cancel patients at such short notice. Some of those patients have had appointments for months.
“Father, this is important; if not, I wouldn’t cancel. Besides, I’m tired of dealing with these quacks. I never wanted to be a physical therapist. It’s not as if I can get rich." Judson is walking toward the door. “You see them if you don’t cancel them. I won’t be here.” He walks over to his secretary. “Your ass works for me. I don’t need a spy. You’re fired. Get your ass out of here.”
The woman looks at the older man to say something, but it never comes. Instead, the man walks the hall as if nothing happened. She’s cussing under her breath and taking her purse out of the drawer. “She was only doing what she was told.
“You picked the wrong. My father only cares about himself and this damn business. Why in the hell are you still here?” Judson points to the door.
“Assholes, you and your damn father are assholes,” She storms out the door.
Judson chuckles, "Yep, that pretty much sums the old bastard and me up.”

Kitkum and Nikan are packing so they can move back to their home on Lake Oconee. They haven’t figured out why their mother refuses to pack her things.
Jiyan has already packed his luggage in the car while tuning out his wife's nagging. Edee is still trying to reach the twins after Jodi relayed their message to her. She has been checking her checking account to see if any money has been transferred into it. She screams and calls her sons every time she sees that her balance hasn’t changed.
“You’re wasting your time, Hanska and Hawiovi aren’t depositing anything in your account.” Jiyan is reading a text from his sons.
“They said to stop calling them. They’ll call you tomorrow because they’re busy. If we’re still here in three days, our house will be on the market, and the twins will exchange some of the furniture.”
“Ha, if they think they can move me out of my house. I’m not going anywhere.” She sits down.
Jiyan shakes his head, "You’ll be here by yourself. The kids and I are leaving today.”
Nikan walks into the room. “Father, we’ve packed and loaded our luggage in your SUV. Kitkum and I are going to the mall.
"Be careful and don’t be out too late.” Jiyan rubs his chin, looking, wondering what his wife is up to. She's walking over to their daughter.
“Young lady, you don’t need to go to the mall. Hand your money and credit cards over. Wasting money.” Edee held her hand out.
“See you later, Father. I would tell my Mother the same, but this is a crazy woman standing in front of me.” Nikan walks away.
Jiyan burst out laughing, “You can’t get upset with her. Especially when she speaks the truth. Go pack so we can be on our way.” He sits down, still laughing.
Edee goes upstairs to the bedroom and closes the door. “Hell, they act as if I’m committing a crime. I gave birth to them. They should give money to me rather than blow on who knows what." “She opens her wallet and takes out a Mastercard. “I’ll just have to order what I want instead of going to the store.” Edee is on her tablet, placing an order, and her card declines. She thought it was a computer error and tried it again with the same results. “What in the hell is going on?” She walks downstairs to the den where Jiyan is. Dear, my credit card was declined. That's strange since there isn't a limit on it." She looks at the card and then at him.
“Oh yeah, I knew it was something I forgot to tell you. Hawiovi and Hanska canceled all your cards except for your Visa. But don’t get so happy because they set a limit on it. It’s the amount of the bill. Hanska said they’re not paying it off as they had done in the past. Hawiovi said you should start budgeting.”
She’s standing there looking at him, dumbfounded. Then she shakes her head, “Stop kidding around. This joke isn't funny."
Jiyan chuckles, “It’s not a joke. Our sons are serious as hell. They mentioned something about the rate you’re spending, they’ll be broke as hell. Before you asked me, I cut my cards up. I can't help you. Here’s the text if you want to read it.” He holds his cell phone up.
"My family has lost their minds," Edee mumbles.
