Phoenix walked straight towards us, her back straight, her head held high. Ignoring every bit of male attention coming towards her, “s**t is going to hit the fan. We need to get to work,” Phoenix said.
The same serious voice she always had when talking about club business. But her eyes showed how much she had changed. More of the light that had once been in her eyes was gone. She was broken inside, but was very clearly hiding it. God, what has she been through in all these years?
