I opened my eyes and saw that I was lying on the love seat. My son’s bright yellow eyes, as well as the soft green eyes of one of my servant girls, Nina, were her name. They were looking down at me with a soft worry in their eyes.
“I hate it when it comes to this.” I muttered as I slowly sat up. My head is already pounding. The side effect of the moon flower pollen they used to put Mia to sleep, so I could take control. Sentor smiled. “We know, mother, but we had to. She would not have drunk another herbal tea today with how upset she was.” My son said with a sad sigh. Though I know he is leaving out the part where I am too weak to take full control, as he does.
