My mind began to wander as I sat outside, next to the wolf monument, watching the sun rise.
I planned on going for a run, but found myself next to the monument and decided to stay. I missed my baby and Amanda, especially today.
A sensation of incredible calm washed over me as I stared out over the shimmering lake and began to reflect on the years that had gone by.
