Lucas did not let her look when Lyra came to take out the stitches on her chest. He leaned over her the whole time, blocking her view while he talked softly about how the meeting had gone with Alpha Jake. Celia wanted to point out that she would eventually need to look at the scars he and Lyra were trying so hard to hide from her, but now clearly wasn’t the right moment.
