My man is so sexy. He’s wonderful in so many ways, but damn. I’ve heard my father tell my mother how sexy her intelligence is, but I never understood it until I watched Jude on the witness stand. He was composed, confident, and so sexy. He didn’t stutter over his words. He didn’t have to consult his notes. He knew exactly what the team found to bring Gamma Nathan down and he gave both attorneys information without breaking a sweat.
Since we all have to be back in court in the morning, Hijack and Tracker decide to head home.
“I’ll start working on Alpha Grady’s murder trial,” Hijack says.
I blow out a breath. Poor Vivienne. She still has two more trials where she’ll have to testify about witnessing the murder of her mother.
