Jude told me about his interview with Cedar. Since we’re classmates, they thought it would be better if I wasn’t part of the interview, but I told him that I like Cedar and in class, he’s never given me a reason to think he wouldn’t fit in with our team.
After dinner on Monday night, he called my dad and talked to him about Cedar joining our team.
“I’ll talk to the other councilmembers, but if you and the team are comfortable with him, then I’d say the more the merrier. Hijack also talked to me about bringing Lotus in. I talked to Rebecca and looked at her records from her time at the Academy. We have no problem with her returning to assist the team as well.”
“Excellent. That will allow Hijack to hand more work off to us so he can focus on the Southern Council.”
