I’m still aggravated by Alpha Apollo that evening when Wendy and I begin working. It’s not that I’m worried she’d be interested in an asshat like that, but he hit a nerve when he said I have two weeks. The clock is ticking and every second that goes by brings me closer to knowing the truth about whether or not Wendy and I are mates. Every second that I spend with her, only makes me want her more.
