By five-thirty in the morning, I knew I needed to get some sleep. Tracker had gone to bed earlier and Wendy was asleep on my bed again. I’d moved here there after she fell asleep at the desk in my room. Yorick had come looking for her and he's given his okay for her to stay.
Then I’d kept working. Peter is going down for the rest of his life, and now Councilman Jared is too.
After the other two went to sleep, I’d followed him as he’d made his way to the room where Arden is being kept in isolation. However, Councilman Edward had intercepted him and told him he had to leave the area. It was an interesting conversation, one that I recorded so the team can see it.
I almost wish that Councilman Edward hadn’t intercepted him. I’d like to know just how deep Jared’s betrayal goes.
