When I opened my eyes, I found myself lying on a bed. I looked around the unfamiliar place and tried to sit up.
The entire room was decked up in white. From the furniture to the wallpaper and the bedspread. Everything in the room was white.
Am I in heaven?
Did I die?
The last thing I remember was getting in that cab. I didn't get to enter when suddenly Tony called out to me.
Though I could see that he was speaking to me back then, I couldn't hear what he was saying. His voice sounded distant and my vision suddenly went dark.
I slowly sat up as the realization hit me of where this place might be. To confirm my guess, I noticed that there was a nurse inside the room.
She was also wearing white.
It's a hospital.
