My eyes widened and I jumped up. Every other sound faded into thin air. The only thing that keeps ringing in my ears were Hospital and Labor.
I couldn't hear anything else, I didn't even know if Ben was still speaking or if Tony was talking to me.
Could this be true? Did we really find Katherina? Will my wait finally be over?
My eyes sting with tears and I couldn't hold back the tears from rolling out. "Carl!"
Tony tapped my shoulder and shook my body. "Where are you lost, Carl?"
I didn't know what to say or how to react. My head was a mess.
