The living room was dimly lit while an old, black and white Christmas movie played on television. It was that old Hollywood classic they'd all seen a hundred times. The whole family was gathered to watch it as they did every year. For at least a week leading up to the holiday, they would all have hot chocolate or eggnog and watch their favorite holiday movies and variety specials.
