Garrett’s POV
I was dealt another hard blow. It was bad enough to find out that Addison was in danger. But I didn’t know that Addison was pregnant. That explained a lot. Phillip usually doesn’t argue with me. He always acts like I am a fly, irritating him, but he doesn’t usually engage. He has been pissed at me since I showed up at his house earlier tonight. It was nice, but I could also build Addison her dream home.
My shoulder is healed now. I had been approved to start training again once I completed this last round of therapy. I was so happy to hear the good news yesterday. I had wanted to share it with both Corbin, and Addison. I hoped that now that I could return to football, she would see I was worthy of her. Especially if I could play for the local pro team.
