“Ms. Daniels, it is clear that you will call bias against the judge because you are not getting your way at every turn. That is not how this works. You do understand that. Your attorney just told you the same thing. It isn’t biased as we look at what happened from the aspect of the law. You don’t get to pout and claim people are picking on you. We are trying to get to the truth of what happened by letting both parties speak. It’s the side that shows the most burden of proof that usually wins in a trial.
