Tammy’s POV
I might have gone too far today. He warned me that those judges weren’t joking around. That they would indeed send me back to my cell. I didn’t want to leave the courtroom. I needed to be there to ensure that James spoke up for me. He’s just been phoning it in so far. I knew if I weren’t here, he would do even less.
The jury had been escorted out to wait in another room while the two appellate judges reviewed the recording from earlier. I have a bad feeling about this.
