Garrett’s POV
I don’t know what was happening, but I knew I needed to get to Addison and Corbin. I won’t let that crazy b***h get her hands on either of them. My hands were shaking, and I was scared that the two people I loved most were about to be in danger. I didn’t know the guy, but I believed what he had said.
I called Phillip the moment I got on the highway. He answered on the third ring. “Garrett now is not a good time.”
“I know it, Phillip. Stop talking and get Addison and Corbin out of the house. They’re in danger,” I demanded as I wove through traffic.
“Wait, Garrett, how did you know that?” Phillip asked, and that got my attention.
“How the hell did YOU know that they were in danger?” I replied. “What in the hell is going on?”
