Phillip’s POV
Garrett only listened to us because he didn’t have the address. I was highly aware of that. Garrett was so focused on Addison and Corbin that he would have come straight here if he had known where to go. I don’t mind him knowing where we live. He would be coming and picking Corbin up or dropping him off a lot. I’m still trying to be civil, but sometimes Garrett makes it hard to be nice. Like right now. He had just put Corbin back on the floor before walking back over to vent his anger.
“Phillip, you aren’t in charge of me. How could you make me wait? Do you know how worried I was about Addison and Corbin? Tammy is unhinged. She’s dangerous. You don’t know her or what she is capable of. It wasn’t fair for you to keep me away from them, not knowing they’re safe.
