I should have already expected that she had been planning a part, but most of my attention had been given with trying to remain hidden.
Now that I was back in my own pack lands, that seemed less important. Though I didn’t want to be recognized, I now needed to take precautions in case I was. That meant, my wheelchair was back and the wig was gone.
My main goal was still to get Amelia alone. But, until that was possible, I very much was going to sabotage her little party.
I couldn’t wait to see the sadness and disappointment on her face, hopefully right before I could destroy her life at my whim.
