76. My True Love Amelia The taxi takes us to my house. I hope we can all fit comfortably because I only have two bedrooms. On the way, the children chat excitedly with the driver, who listens and responds patiently while they practice what they've learned of the language. We all laugh as we watch their enthusiasm in trying to communicate, and I must say they are quite good. I had to hire a small van so we could all travel together; otherwise, we would have had to take two cars. From time to time, I notice my ex-husband's glances. I must admit he looks attractive.
