When I arrived home, Sebastian's car was parked in the garage. I collected my shopping bags and headed inside. The housekeeper greeted me near the entrance and offered to help carry everything upstairs. I thanked her but assured her I could manage.
Sebastian was in the living room when I found him. He looked up from his phone and immediately noticed the bags in my hands. I placed them on the sofa before walking over to kiss him. He examined my purchases with amusement.
"Did you leave anything in the stores?" he asked.
"Plenty. You should see what Mia bought."
"Did you enjoy yourself?"
