CASSANDRA'S POV~ Several black SUVs rolled to a stop in front of the building, their engines dying out one by one. The air felt thick. My breath hitched as I looked up at the structure in front of me. It looked like a mall—at first glance. A massive, modern fortress of glass and concrete. But then my gaze swept to the side… and then the other side… and my stomach dropped. The building stretched on forever, with wings branching out like a monstrous web, swallowing up the land.
