I couldn't believe Lucian would pretend he hadn't seen the trending topics when they were this massive. But then again, as a busy Alpha running a global empire, maybe he genuinely hadn't noticed such trivial matters.
"Check the trending topics on the local news," I reminded him.
The line went quiet for about a minute as Lucian presumably checked. Finally, he responded with casual indifference: "The photos turned out well. I should give the team a bonus."
"That's not the point," I pressed. "The point is that the attention is abnormal. You need to find a way to suppress it."
"What's abnormal about it?" Lucian's voice carried a hint of amusement. "We're a perfect match—two powerful wolves joining forces. The attention is completely warranted."
