Amelia’s POV
In the morning, I went downstairs to wait for Anna’s arrival. To my surprise, she was already there, sitting in the living room across from Rafael who was reading a newspaper. Had I overslept?
I looked at the clock. Gods, I did!
“I’m sorry,” I said.
“No worries,” Anna replied. She immediately hopped to her feet and hugged me. “I guessed you might have been busy last night.” As she pulled back, she waggled her eyebrows at me.
Rafael sighed behind his newspaper.
“Come with me to get coffee,” I said and tugged her along with me toward the kitchen.
When we were out of earshot of my brother, Anna said, “So you and Julian hooked up last night, right?”
I gave her a look I’d hoped would end the conversation. Instead, she just laughed.
“Your shirt is on inside out.”
