The next day Luca and Elena quickly caught Massimo up to speed with all the mafia happenings he'd missed during his trial.
"Finally, there's the matter of security," Luca pointed out. "The measures we took after Tyler Morello's attack are mostly fine as they are—"
"But we should check for more bugs now that we know the police were listening in," Elena finished.
Massimo nodded. "Get the servants equipped with the proper gear to run more tests."
"We also should go through any technology—it's not impossible the cops messed with our personal equipment," Luca suggested.
"What, like turning on a phone's microphone remotely?" Elena asked.
"Exactly," Luca confirmed.
Massimo took out his personal phone and set it on his desk. "We should stick to just burners for now then."
