I spent a long time in the bathroom and when I had returned, Aiden was nowhere to be found. But I found a tray filled with food on the side table.
He also left me a note scribbled in his handwriting. “Hey Noah, I went to check on Dimitri and Asher. Breakfast is here when you’re ready. I know you’re stubborn but please don’t leave the house today. - Aiden.”
I flashed a small smile and tucked the note into the pocket of my pajamas. I was still feeling a little bit tired but I was very hungry, so I had to force myself to eat.
Gently dragging the table closer to the bed, I settled down on the bed and started eating the food. It was delicious and I couldn’t help myself but finish everything.
