The next morning, we had to get up very early because Katie had morning classes. Aiden still hadn’t said a word to any of us. He didn’t even come out of the room throughout the night.
I didn’t know why he was being cold or acting weird but I didn’t need that type of energy around me. When Katie was ready to leave, I went inside the room to tell Aiden I was going to be leaving with her.
