There had been another protest yesterday, except this one had been led by werewolves. It wasn’t a surprise after the humans who originally protested faced no consequences.
Of course, they faced no consequences because they hadn’t broken any laws. Their march had been peaceful and respectful. They had merely exercised their rights to gather and speak their mind.
