Liz The fact that he had asked at all made something ache inside of my chest. No one ever asked me for my opinions or what I wanted. No one ever asked me what I needed. It was... nice for a change. I looked toward Cade. His stance had shifted now. He was more serious, more focused. Like this wasn't teasing anymore. This was real.
