Trouble and Sabel hadn't even been gone for an hour when I heard shouting outside my office door. I was reading an email that Psych had sent me about Sorsha's home. There were things he found, things he wanted Sorsha to come out and see. Which means planning another run while my road-captain is already gone and some unknown source is threatening my club.
Honestly, I'd planned to ignore the shouting at first. It was muffled, thanks to the thick door and walls, but then I realized that the voice screaming belonged to my chaos. Even worse, at the same time, I realized she wasn't just screaming, she was crying. Or, that's what it sounded like. But Sab isn't a crier...
