"Babe, stop," I said, trying and failing to elbow Kai away from me.
"You've been busy all day, I've barely seen you," he whined as he continued to kiss my neck.
I wasn't even fighting hard. And he was right. We hadn't seen much of each other today. I missed him too. Which was weird, but I guess made sense. We usually spend all our time together every day.
