Sienna’s POV I sat in the coffee room at the inn, waiting for Kael to pick me up. He had already warned me that he might be late because of the errands he needed to run in town. He initially wanted me to spend the afternoon with Serena, but I had chosen to visit Gina instead. I loved Serena and appreciated everything she did for us, but sometimes I wanted to spend time with someone who treated me as a friend rather than a pregnant child who might break if she stood too quickly. Serena behaved more like a mother to me, and I loved her for it, but her constant attention could become overwhelming. Gina was younger and did not watch every bite I took or ask whether my back hurt every five minutes. I loved the people of Livingston. They had accepted Kael and me when we had nowhere else to go,
