Katya and Nico are meeting with Vera about the children not going outside until the war is over. The boys have their wolf and aren’t allowed to shift unless he and Katya are there. Vera almost fainted when she learned Gio and Ciraco had their wolf. She kept looking at Myrina and Amyra as if they would shift at any moment.
“Maybe soon, but I don’t believe either will today. At least I don’t think so.” Katya scratches her head, looking at her daughters.
Nico smirks. “Who knows, after all, they’re Martinos.”
“Vera ignored my husband. His ego has shown up again.” She softly pokes Nico’s arm. "Sometimes I wonder if it ever left."
“Only speaking the truth, Princess.” Nico kisses her cheek.
