Shadow
When we finally made it home that night, Rex was on the porch talking to his brother. Ink, Toby, and Autumn were all already sleeping when we went into the house. And after getting a shower, it didn't take me long to zonk out, cuddled up in bed with Flower. And I have to say, being home with both of the guys and Flower, and it just being her and me in the bed, was weird as f**k.
The next morning I woke up to Autumn playing in the pack-and-play. She was being quiet and playing with her stuffed Olaf that she slept with last night. Flower was curled up partway on my chest, and I didn't want to disturb her, so I just lay there and listened to her playing.
I lay there for about fifteen minutes when Flower mumbled, "She's just too cute. And way too happy in the morning. I feel like
