"Hey, baby, are you ok?" I asked her. She managed to say, "Yeah, morning," and then she was puking again. So I tried the door handle, and it was unlocked, so I headed inside. I grabbed a washcloth, wet it, then wrung it out and grabbed a cup of water.
When I bent down beside Flower, I rubbed her back and said, "I'm here if you need me, baby." When she finally stopped puking, she rinsed her mouth, and then I flushed the commode and washed her face off. I then picked her up off the floor and set her on the counter to brush her teeth.
When Flower was done in the bathroom, I put her back in bed and handed her a bottle of ginger ale and a pack of crackers. "Do you need anything else, baby?" I asked her. "No, I'm good for now. Thank you for helping me," she said.
