When it was time for everyone to start showing up, Shadow, Toby, and I, along with Slinky, went into the Captain's quarters. My wonderful father-in-law had fixed it up so that I was able to be comfortable while I waited in here. They had brought in those foldable camping chairs for the guys, and the one for me was one of those new ones that rocks. It was so comfortable.
They had also brought a cooler that had drinks in it, and we had a bag of snacks. There was even a note on it all that said, "For our favorite daughter-in-law." Shadow just chuckled when he saw that. I really love our big, crazy family and wouldn't trade them for anything.
