Noel’s POV
I swept everything off my vanity. I can’t believe that b***h would record our conversation. Why is she pushing me like this? I didn’t have that kind of money for Kimberly. I checked, and she was right; she could record me without my knowledge. What's worse, it would stand up in court. I screamed out in frustration. I didn’t know how to get out of this.
I’ve been able to get out of my messes before because Dad always had my back. He was going to be so angry with me. He told me when we got released from jail to leave Emma alone and let her calm down. He still planned to sweet-talk her and get her to agree to take the no-contact off of us. He didn’t realize she was done with him. She wasn’t even calling him Dad anymore, and he hadn’t even realized it. She didn’t care
