Patrick let out a deep sigh. “According to Massimo, she put the boss of some bad people in jail. So it was a form of revenge. The worst part was that the bullet was actually meant for her.” He explained. “I think it was meant for Charles, though. They wanted to teach her a lesson by hurting someone she loves.”
