Elara’s Outburst
“I’m really sorry to have interrupted your vacation, but Elara won’t calm down. Even Kendra tried to talk to her but to no avail. I don’t want to administer a sedative, considering the drugs already in her system. We really don’t know what else to do,” said the nurse.
“Don’t worry. I’ll be right there,” Damie said.
“But, your vacation…” the nurse said, trailing off.
“Me and Mandy can visit the resort any other time. It’s important that this situation doesn’t get out of control, ‘ya hear?” Damien said sternly.
Damien ended the call and looked up at Mandy, still standing there, one hand on her purse.
