I only went to bed at about 4am. I just needed a bit of sleep, then I will be ready for class. Thank God I have a late start to my day. Mom had breakfast ready for me, and she gave me a look I didn't like. I pretended that I didn't notice and she didn't say anything either. But I know she will ask me later. I hate lying to mom, and it's wrong of me to expect dad to. He may have handed me his mask, but he is still involved. I wish he wasn't, but I do sometimes need the assist. I still have a lot to learn, but I will get there. And last night was the first time in a while that I needed his help.
