(Cassidy) Dane was halfway across the club before either of us spoke. The crowd moved around him without slowing him down. His eyes found mine first and stayed there for a second before shifting to Zander. The change in him was immediate. Most people wouldn't have noticed it. I did because I'd spent years around him.
