CHAPTER NINE: The Cost of Obedience Kaira’s Pov The storage room smelled of dust and old stone.That was my world now. How I went from staying in the pack palace to staying in an old storage room is enough for me to break down . I spent the morning sorting crates that hadn’t been touched in years. Broken tools.
