My appointment went well; my leg looks a lot better, but I will have a scar there, and I can now stop the antibiotics. My ribs don't hurt as much, but he still wants me to wrap them for extra support. I didn't have them wrapped today, knowing I was coming here. All my bruises are turning colors as they are healing as well, He said. In about a week, they should start to fade, He told me I could return to my normal activities, but just not to push myself.
They never asked about the other scars I had, like the one on my chest. I guess they got the story on what happened. They dont have to be a genius to know where or how I got them. I was grateful for not having to talk about it. I just want to put it behind me and keep moving forward.
